Master of Ravenwing (1+) |
A Ravenwing army must be led by a Master of Ravenwing, which is an honorific title given to senior and battle proven leaders in the Ravenwing. They may have the actual rank and profile of Master or Grandmaster. |
Ravenwing Librarian |
A Ravenwing force may be accompanied by a Librarian on a bike from the inner circle. The librarian may not lead a Ravenwing force. |
Ravenwing Interrogator-Chaplain |
A Ravenwing force may be accompanied by an Interrogator Chaplain on a bike from the inner circle. The chaplain may not lead a Ravenwing force. |
A Ravenwing command squad mounted on bikes may accompany a Master of Ravenwing mounted on a bike. Specialists: As the Ravenwing have always fought on their bikes for 10,000 years, their artificers have modofied the suits to be equipped with specialist equipment. The command squad may thus include an apothecary and standard bearer at the points cost stated in the Codex Space Marines. |
A Ravenwing Landspeeder Squadron may accompany a the Grandmaster of Ravenwing when he deploys with his landspeeder. Additional Rules: Characters: The gunners of the landspeeders may be upgraded to Veteran Sergeant, Apothecary, Techmarine or Standard Bearer at no additional cost. They may be equipped with appropriate wargear from the Dark Angels Armoury. However, they cannot be equipped with their specialst gear while mounted in a land speeder and their special rules will not be in effect. Landspeeder Special Rule: If the landspeeder commanders are upgraded to non independant characters, they may be armed with pistol-type weapons. If so armed they may elect to fire their personal weapons instead of the firing the heavy weapons on the landspeeder. |
