8th RESERVE (ASSAULT)  COMPANY
Assault Company Commander
Additional Rules:

Weapons & Wargear: The commander may take any item from the Assault Company Armoury.

Options: A Dark Angels Assault company must be led by one of the independant characters noted above. It cannot be led by a master of the Deathwing or Ravenwing.

Independent Character: Unless accompanied by a command squad the Master counts as an independent character and follows the independent character special rules in the WH40,000 rulebook.

Command Squads: Any of the independant characters depicted above may be accompanied by an assault company command squad.

Deathwing: All Dark Angel independant characters are members of the inner circle (Deathwing) and are therefore stubborn.
The Dark Angels Assault Company forces may be led by one of the numerous commanders available. There are two ranks available, that of, Master or Grandmaster.
Assault Company Interrogator Chaplain
An assault company force may be led by an Interrogator-Chaplain.

Additional Rules:

Weapons & Wargear: The Interrogator-Chaplain is equipped with a crozius arcanum and a rosarius and may take any item from the Assault Company Armoury within the restrictions specified there.

Independent Character: The Interrogator-Chaplain counts as an independent character and follows the independent character special rules in the WH40,000 rulebook.

Command Squad: The Interrogator-Chaplain may  be accompanied by an assault company  Command Squad.

Deathwing: All Dark Angel independant characters are members of the inner circle (Deathwing) and are therefore stubborn.
Assault Company Command Squad
A Dark Angel assault company commander and Interrogator-Chaplain may be accompanied by an Assault Company Command Squad.

Squad: Consists of 4-9 spacemarines and a veteran sergeant. (Must pay the points for the vet sergeant)

Weapons & Wargear: Bolt pistol & CCW; Frag and Blind Grenades.

Options: Up to two marines may each replace their BP/CCW with Plasma pistol & CCW for +5 point, meltagun at +10 points or Flamer at +6 points. The whole squad maybe armed with krak grenades for +2 points and melta bombs for +4 points per model.

Characters: Veteran sergeants may have additional weapons and wargear from the Assault Company Armoury. One Dark Angel spacemarine may each be upgraded to an Apothecary or Standard bearer each of whom may be given appropriate wargear from the Assault Company armoury.

At the beginning of the game the Apothecary and Techmarine may be assigned to one of the Dark Angel units squads. They must remain as part of that unit for the rest of the game.

Transport: The entire squad may be mounted in a Rhino for the appropriate cost.
