Strike force background outlined written and edited by the Shadow Guard
Squad Belophus

The most junior of the sergeants in this strike force, belophus leads another squad armed with two meltaguns and an attack bike containing a heavy bolter. This allows him the flexibility of facing any given situation be it masses of lightly armed infantry, power armour laden chaos marines or armoured vehicles. His recent exploits have marked him out as one of the rapidly rising stars of the strike force as he strives to reach the level of expertise shown by the veterans.
Land Speeder Squadrons

The fast attack strength of the force is reliant on a squadron of two Tornadoe variants each of which is armed with a heavy bolter and an assault cannon.

Supporting this are two individual land speeders whose armament has been upgraded to a multi melta each. This provides the force a flexibility of disrupting the enemy's heavy armour very rapidly.
Attack Bike Squadron

The slower but heavier firepower and the associated better protection afforded by the attack bikes is utilized to the best effect by the concentration of the heavy anti armour weapons in this unit. This is the prime anti armour unit, which has been so effective that few enemy armoured columns have with stood the combined on slaught of the force.
