How to paint a Deathwing Terminator - Initial concepts and Thought Process:
Materials:
1 White Primed Deathwing Terminator (For this I used a Cyclone Termie)
          All Colors are Citadel:
Bubonic Brown                    Bleached Bone                    Brown Ink                    Mithril Silver                    Blood Red
Snot Green                         Dark Angels Green            Enchanted Blue      Chaos Black or Black Ink                              Flesh Ink
Step 1 - Paint the entire Terminator Bubonic Brown.  Water it down a bit to make sure it gets into the crevices.

Step 2 - You can do this next step in 1 of 2 ways. I prefer to do it the messy way, simply because I can make sure I don't miss any spots. Just take your Brown Ink, thin it down a little bit, and slobber it all over the mini.
Step 3 - The most important step.  Get a very small detail brush, and go over all of the places you put the ink in the wrong places.  IE not the panel lines.
Step 4 - Take a mix of Bubonic Brown and Bleached Bone.  I don't know the exact ratio, but this is the color you want.
Step 5 -
Thin it down to one part water, one part paint. Paint this on the inside of all the panels. Don't be afraid to

Step 6 - Now you want straight Bleached Bone.  Thin this down to 1 part water, 1 part paint again, and paint this on the inside of the previous step's highlights.  You want to be a bit more careful this time around.
Step 7 - Paint the Storm Bolter metal parts, in my case, the conductor things on top of the Cyclone Launcher, and the cables on the arms Mithril Silver.
Step 8 - Paint the Storm Bolter casing, the dagger, the eyes, some wires, and once again, in my case, the Cyclone Missles

Step 9 - Wash the eagle Dark Angel Green, and then paint the Front of the Cyclone the same color
Step 10 - Paint the feathers, the top part of the dagger, the Crux Terminatius, and the Storm Bolter Icon Bleached Bone.  Wash with Flesh Ink.
Step 11 - Wash the Mithril Bits with either thin Chaos Black, or Black Ink.
Step 12 - Paint the Deathwing Symbol on the right Shoulder Pad.  I use Brother Lorien's method, which can be found on this great site.
really lay down the paint in this step- there should be very little Bubonic Brown showing through.
Blood Red.  Paint the Lenses on the  targeter Enchanted Blue.  Next, paint the chest eagle, and rest of the wires Snot Green.
Do the base as per your army is based, and you are done
